We bundle SMS messages in your plan so your customers see your Sender ID (like TurkishHouse) instead of a phone number when they get your communication texts or promos. We have generous bundles included and charge a small fee of £0.0272p per SMS outside your bundle*.
What happens if I need support?
Support is available 24/7 and our servers use state of the art monitoring where we have hot standby failover mechanisms in place, if anything should go wrong at 9pm on a Friday night you can always call us and our enterprise systems are always self monitoring so you can keep serving worry free! You can use your portal account at portal.choosetakeaway.com and submit tickets or feature requests and we will gladly implement these if they benefit our service which is your community at no charge!
